Last year when Chaz asked me to photograph his wedding, I couldn’t have been more honored. I’ve known Chaz for the past five years – he’s an amazing graphic designer and designed my logos for me – and it’s always exciting to photograph a friend’s wedding. The sunflowers Marni chose for the décor and her flowers were the perfect choice for a summer wedding. From their emotional first look to their beautiful outdoor ceremony to their non-stop dance party reception, it was a fantastic wedding day from start to finish. Thanks so much for having Kim and me document this momentous day for you.

For the chair lifts, Marni was raised first. And then almost immediately slid forward and off the chair. This mishap didn’t deter this bride and with a more even distribution of support (aka a person holding both sides of the front of the chair), she was back up and airborne with Chaz.
