Day in the Life sessions are easily my favorite type of family sessions. It’s where I get to spend a few hours with a family, documenting their everyday life. When Laura reached out to me to inquire doing one with her family, I was so excited. Laura + Dan’s daughter, Anna, is two years old and full of personality. One of her favorite activities is to wear her cape and have her parents (also in “capes”) chase after her. In the time I spent with this family, I got to see and capture Anna drawing, stretching, baking, enjoying bath time, and reading – ending the day with a family hug that they do every night. Kids change so fast and there are so many weekly traditions that happen in each family. I love that I could capture many of them for this family and take a snapshot of life with a 2-year-old.
