Jess + Willem’s wedding celebration at the Conservatory at The Madison Hotel was years in the making. Literally. When they booked me at the end of 2019, they were already legally married but were excited about their June 2020 wedding to celebrate their union with their friends and family. As we all know, things didn’t go quite as planned for many couples who had hoped to have their wedding celebrations that year. And with travel restrictions still in place last year that would have prevented Willem’s family from joining, the celebration was pushed another year. 

But finally, this past June, Jess + Willem were able to have the celebration that they had planned and dreamed of – and it was worth the wait. The couple met at a musical theater songwriting workshop so their wedding was full of music and performances. It was such a joy-filled day and I’m so happy I could be a part of it.
