Ashley + Matt were married at BLDG 92 on a HOT day in July, yet still managed to have the quintessential Brooklyn wedding despite the heat. I met Ashley freshman year of college and was honored that she asked me to photograph her wedding to Matt. Ashley had just 2 stipulations for the photographs – that we incorporate the NYC subway in photos and that I capture the humor and funny side of her relationship with Matt. A super easy request to fulfill. There were fun personal touches throughout the day – from Ashley and her Dad dancing down the aisle, to the fun descriptions of the bridal party on the program, to Matt and his Mom’s unique first dance. Ashley + Matt’s personalities shined through their entire day and really made their wedding their own.
