I am so excited to finally be able to share this Day in the Life session. Renee and Kate reached out to me in the spring of 2018 wanting to capture their family as it currently was in a documentary approach – my Day in the Life sessions. Since I had last seen them at their wedding, they had been fostering kids and the 4 kids that they were currently fostering were going to be their forever kids. I was honored to photograph the adoptions as well, which occurred in the fall of 2018 and in 2019. And so now that they’re legally adopted, I can share these photos from the summer of 2018. Just a slice of daily life and what a typical summer afternoon looked like for this family.
