A beautiful NYC wedding for a beautiful couple. I first met Jack when he was preparing to propose to his then-girlfriend Boyang last winter. He had the spot picked out – a bench at Cooper Union where they used to sit and talk – and was just waiting for the ring. I love photographing proposals and theirs was super sweet. When they reached out asking if I was free to photograph their wedding, I was so happy to have had their date available.
We started in Jersey City, where they live, and took photos along the waterfront near Exchange Place. Then we took the PATH train over to the World Trade Center and took more photos by the Oculus. Their intimate wedding took place at Hao Noodle with friends and family joining both in person and through zoom. It has been such an honor to be a part of their journey and I can’t wait to see where life takes them next!
