Emily + Fred had planned on having their engagement photos taken on their 9^th dating anniversary. When the forecast called for snow, I was excited about the opportunity to have this wonderful excuse to play in the snow and they were both equally as excited. The morning of their shoot I woke up early and ran to the window (just like a little kid) to see how much snow had fallen overnight. Needless to say I was more than a little excited to see we had about a foot of snow in which to play. Emily + Fred and I had a blast in the snow, borrowing sleds from nearby kids, building snowmen and making snow angles before ending the shoot with an all out snowball fight. I love when the seasons can be so easily incorporated into a shoot and thank Emily + Fred for embracing the snow with such enthusiasm.
