I had the best evening with Emily + Dan for their engagement photos at Governors Island. Governors Island is one of my favorite parks in NYC and when talking with the couple about places for their engagement session, it came up that they hadn’t been before – but loved the idea of some place different. We took advantage of their new late night ferry on Saturday nights and went and explored the entire island, ending with the sunset on their ferry ride back to the city. I loved getting to know them and their story – how they met and then re-met and got together. I can’t wait for their wedding later this year!
